I am currently a Chinese undergraduate student who majors in Public Relations at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and minors in Communication & Rhetorical Studies at Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University. I like swimming, playing Ukulele, and photography. I have always been interested in following hot trends of entertainment such as movies, TV, music, art, literature, and popular culture since the mass media began to enrich my childhood. It lits me a spark of interest toward the communication.

Thus, as a hearing impaired person, I always know how significantly important communication is in this world and being empathized with those minority groups that people can not usually perceive. Over years, I have successfully minimized the negative impact with behavioral adjustments and sheer determination. Therefore, studying communication is my personal mission statement, which also uses my perspectives and experience to dedicate to making people better communicate with each other and supporting diversity & inclusion.
